With Natuurpunt Markvallei, we’re particularly active in the Merkske Valley. The Merkske meanders freely through the landscape, passing through various nature reserves as part of its catchment area. This includes the Hoogmoerheide and the Moer, where dry and wet habitats lie side by side. Each has its own distinctive habitat. On Sunday 5 June at 9.00 am, we’ll be setting off with guide Marcel Verschueren through these areas. Afterwards, you can decide for yourself which you prefer: dry or wet.
