On Sunday 8 November 2026 , WTV-Alphen will be organising the 33rd edition of Brabant’s Most Beautiful Cross-Country Ride through the woods and countryside of Alphen and the surrounding area. The tour is renowned for its challenging and scenic route and attracts many participants from the Netherlands and Belgium every year.
This year, the route will first take riders past the De Hoevens estate and the grounds of Brabants Landschap. The aeroplane at the mock airfield De Kiek is also a highlight of the ride. After the break, the route will pass through the area around ’t Zand leisure park before heading back to the starting point via the woods of the Chaam Forestry Commission.

As participants from previous years can attest, we as organisers do everything we can to offer participants a sporting, enjoyable and scenic ride. This year, too, we will do everything we can to ensure that everyone returns home satisfied.

The very young participants – primary school children – can cycle part of the route under supervision from 10.00 am and will receive a small gift afterwards.
