This walk is set out by Natuur- en Landschapsvereniging Gilze en Rijen (NLGR). You can park at the start location and pick up a free leaflet. This diversions goes partly straight through farmland. The route is named after the Klein Heike, an area with both natural and historical values: hamlet De Langereit, the Princenbosch and cultural-historical farmstead De Oude Schouten Hofstad. Geocachers can also get started here. After all, there are treasures hidden in the Klein Heike!
