The Hoevens estate

This privately owned estate, which is open to the public, has been in the Van der Lande-Vogels family for decades. It covers an area of approximately 190 hectares. Head out and explore this rare Kempen-style bocage landscape. It consists of grasslands, the De Oude Leij stream, fields, hedgerows, avenues and historic farm buildings. Thanks to the stunning surroundings and serene tranquillity, you’ll find yourself completely at peace here. Silent walks and yoga classes are therefore held here regularly. On the fields of the De Hoevens estate, forgotten crops are grown, such as the ancient St John’s rye, which used to be found only in this area. The rye is organically grown according to old Brabant traditions. It is used to make a variety of local produce.
