Bouvigne estate

Here you will go back in time while walking. The eponymous castle first appeared in books in the 15th century, but is possibly even older. There is also a chapel, the coach house and the Hof van Bouvigne (headquarters of the Brabantse Delta water board). Surrounding Bouvigne Castle are three beautiful country gardens: a French, an English and a German one. Remarkable are the many varieties of fuchsias and the special sculpture collection. On the south side of the estate, the seventeenth-century orchard has been recreated. The gardens can be visited free of charge from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00; the buildings are not accessible. You can park your car in the car park in front of the main office (car park P1) from 8am until sunset.
