Luchtenburg estate is a unique place in the middle of nature. There are three characteristic main buildings on this Ulvenhout estate: a farm, country house and tithe barn. The farmhouse serves as the headquarters of food company de Smaakspecialist and the manor house is privately occupied. In 2022, the tiend barn - while retaining its characteristic elements - has been completely sustainably renovated and transformed into the unique event location Tiend. The Tiend opens its doors for all kinds of events, including meetings, parties, weddings and funerals. The estate itself forms the picturesque backdrop where all our activities take place.

Besides using the Tiend as an event location for private gatherings, this beautiful venue is also used as a pop-up location for the restaurant concept "Bio Proeflokaal". The Bio Proeflokaal guarantees an organic food experience at a unique location. From a luxurious four-course dinner to a summer picnic lunch, in the Tiend or on the estate, prepared by different chefs and always organic. That means first-class enjoyment, but with an eye for the earth. We like to show that this can be done together!
