The churches in the region are well worth a visit! Once again this year, they are jointly organising the Open Church Tour. Discover the hidden treasures of our churches and be amazed by their stories. That’s why they’ll be open on:

Wednesday afternoons, 12 and 19 August

In Chaam, these include both the Ledevaert Church and the Roman Catholic St Anthony the Abbot Church. Find out why there is a St Lawrence Church in both Ulvenhout and Ginneken. Step inside remarkable churches such as St Anna’s Chapel in Molenschot or the mysterious Norbertine convent in Oosterhout. How about the famous St Paul’s Abbey in Oosterhout, or the church with the unique name of St Marcoen’s Church in Dorst?

Volunteers will be on hand in the churches to tell you about their history. Some churches also have an exhibition or feature organ music.

The churches are open on the afternoons listed above, from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
