In INDEKOPERENKETEL's distillery workshop, you can smell the scent of flowering herbs. The distillery workshop is located in a former pig shed in the outskirts of Gilze. Where just a few years ago sows and piglets were grunting, has turned into a - temporary - distillery workshop.
Would you like to see and smell how essential oils are made from plants and trees from the surrounding area? Henk explains at the boiler and Catherine talks about plants and oil.

You will be welcomed with a cup of herbal tea and some goodies. Meanwhile, you can follow the whole process of steam distillation. At least one distiller is in operation, but Henk can also choose to carry out more distillations at the same time. Which herbs or trees they distil will remain a surprise for a while.
