Open days at Herenboeren
Herenboeren is 10 years old! In that time, 21 Herenboerderijen have been established. From Drenthe to Limburg and from Rotterdam to Enschede, more than 9,000 Herenboeren already eat from their own farms: unsprayed fruit and vegetables, eggs and - for those who want - occasional meat from animals that almost always roam happily outdoors.
Curious about what our farms look like? Sign up now for a free visit to a Herenboerderij near you!
Feel free to bring your (grand)kids along! There will be fun children's activities at the Open Days, such as treasure hunts, children's tours, watching soil critters, crafts and tasting the dishes of real children's chefs.
During the tours on the Open Days, they tell you what is grown and how we work without pesticides and fertilisers. You can also learn how they promote biodiversity and soil life and see the animals up close.
Great if you come by public transport, by bike or on foot, as parking at the farms is (very) limited.
There are 17 out of 21 farms organising an Open Day, you can find them on the map here.
