The IVN regularly organises nature walks, including a walk through the Oude Warande in Tilburg. Oude Warande is a beautiful, historic park known for its unusual beech avenues and star forest. During the walk, you will discover the diverse flora and fauna found in the park.

The walk starts at the park entrance and is led by an experienced guide from the IVN. During the walk, the guide will tell you all about the history of Oude Warande and the special trees and plants that grow here. The guide will also point out different animal species living in the park, such as woodpeckers, squirrels and bats.

During the walk, there is also plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and take photos of the special beech avenues and the star forest. The walk takes about 2 hours and is suitable for both adults and children. It is an ideal way to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature.
