Walk with the guides of IVN Tilburg on Whit Sunday to the De Hoevens estate in Alphen. In recent decades, this special place has been transformed from an agricultural to a sustainably managed estate where people and nature come together in balance. With space for nature development, such as the creation of new heaths, pools, wooded belts and lanes, which contribute to biodiversity. But also with space for day and residential recreation such as a nature campsite, B&B, holiday home and meeting location. Since 2014, a natural cemetery has also opened here.

There are also plenty of public footpaths on the Hoevens Estate. But not all nature is freely accessible. Especially for this walk, permission has been granted to enter the closed silence area for once. During the walk, our guides will tell you about the estate and the special flora and fauna present.
