Fun for the whole family! This last Saturday gets a special fiery ending, on Saturday 28 October, Iron Age Farm Dongen will have all the furnaces burning. So you can see and smell how using the ovens smoked, baked and forged. Playfully learn how our ancestors lived some 2,600 years ago. During this afternoon, activities are specially aimed at the youngest visitors. Making your own fire with a brazier, shooting a bow and arrow, baking a baguette, claying a pot, too many to mention. The volunteers will help you along. And who knows, you might take away a nice memory of the Iron Age.

Practical info
Children accompanied by their parents or carers are welcome between 1pm and 5pm.
Entrance €5. Iron Age Farm Dongen will reopen its doors in 2024 on Saturday 6 April.
