Fish & meat market: grilling on charcoal

During the summer (until September)'we have our new concept every Sunday evening: ' FISH & MEAT MARKET ': barbecuing on our professional charcoal grills on the rear terrace with stunning views over the lake! Our grill masters will prepare the most delicious meat and fish specialities for you. In varying combinations, you can think of: beef steaks, Australian beef, salmon, swordfish, home-made spare ribs, prawns, tiger prawns, juicy 100% beef burgers and various other specialities.... All of course accompanied by fresh salads, baguettes, various sauces and hors d'oeuvres. You specify the preparation method of the beef and are served at the table. For foodies, the fish & meat market also offers exclusive specialities such as fresh lobster or Tomahawk steaks for a small supplement!
