A silent walk offers you the perfect opportunity for a moment of pure tranquillity and reflection. By walking mindfully and in silence, you open up all your senses. You hear the rustling of the leaves, feel the wind on your face and experience the space around you.

What can you expect?
Led by a walking coach, you’ll walk a 5 km route through the stunning natural surroundings of the centuries-old De Hoevens estate.

• Time: 10.00 am
• Registration: not required.
• Please note: this walk is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Mobile phones must be switched off; please wear sturdy walking shoes and open yourself up to the tranquillity.
