From the route-makers of Wandelgids Brabant
During this easy forest walk, you'll stroll for quite some time on nice forest paths and walk on dirt tracks along the heathland. You follow a path along the railway line, a stretch of cycle path and then walk along a footpath back to the village. A nice round to get some pure forest air. You can also do some shopping in the pretty shopping centre.
Smaak Lokaal is a trendy business in the centre of Rijen. The name refers to the multiple "premises" in which they welcome visitors, but also to the local partners they work with. They have the new trend in lunch. You can put together your own lunch to taste a bit of everything. Of course, you can also order a delicious sandwich, salad, sandwich or bouncer.
