Welcome to Farm Campsite Wilgenhart - a place where farm life is still really experienced and where you, as a guest, can enjoy peace, space and animals around you. Our small-scale farm campsite is located in the Brabant countryside, in the middle of the meadows, but surprisingly close to cities like Breda and Tilburg.
At Wilgenhart, you camp on an active farm. You wake up to the sound of birds, see the cows in the meadow and come face to face with our curious alpacas. For children, it's one big adventure: watching animals, helping on the farm and plenty of space to play. For adults, it's mostly relaxing, slowing down and enjoying the outdoors.
The campsite has 25 pitches with electricity and sanitary facilities. All over the campsite you can taste the cosy atmosphere that is so characteristic of Wilgenhart: informal, personal and warm. In the evening, it is great to get together, have a chat with other guests or simply enjoy the silence and the starry sky.
Farm life up close
Wilgenhart is more than just a campsite. It is a place where agriculture, nature and recreation come together. On and around the farmyard, you can see what modern inclusive farming life looks like, with respect for animals and the environment. Fresh homegrown produce is regularly available and you can find local delicacies in the local shop.
Even if you don't come camping, you are welcome. Come admire the alpacas, take a walk around the yard or get something tasty from the vending machine in the car park. This vending machine is open 7 days a week, all year round and filled with fresh strawberries, raspberries, cheese and other local produce.
There is also a cosy local shop in the yard, where you can buy local products. The local shop is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. On these days, you can also join us for a delicious lunch. The restaurant is open until 5 pm. We also have a sandwich service, so you can enjoy fresh rolls every day.
From 2026, we will focus even more on cosy and connecting activities on our farm campsite. Experience together, enjoy together and above all: experience the real outdoor life.
The activities are low-threshold and designed to meet each other, make memories and make your stay at Wilgenhart extra special.
Discover the surroundings
The rural surroundings are perfect for cycling and walking. Nice trips can be made from Wilgenhart to, for example, the Trappist monastery in Berkel-Enschot and de Traditiekamer at Gilze-Rijen Air Base.
