Photo walk Mushrooms in Gorp de Leij
Want to experience and capture the beauty of autumn up close? On this photo walk, we take all the time we need to photograph the magical mushrooms in Gorp de Leij!
On Sunday 8 November, from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm, we will head into the area with the camera from Parking De Nieuwe Hoef, Gorp de Ley 1 in Hilvarenbeek.
Every year, we also choose a new, surprising area for our photo walks. This time, we head to Gorp de Leij, a place where you can find a rich variety of mushrooms. Each area has its own charm and shows a different, special side every time.
And there is more than just mushrooms: the woods are shrouded in their warm autumn colours and the beautifully meandering Rovertse Leij provides the perfect backdrop for atmospheric photographs. A walk full of nature, inspiration and photo opportunities you don't want to miss.

Why a photo walk?
During our regular walks, we often find that participants would like to take more time to take photos. This is understandable, but difficult to combine within a regular walk. After all, nature does not wait: butterflies fly, birds do not sit still and sometimes you just want to capture that one flower from a different angle.
For this photo walk, we go into nature with a smaller format and lots of space for photography. Guides will be present who can tell something about the area and the plants and animals we encounter. There will also be guides who can help with technique and composition, so you can get the most out of your photo.
