In Gilze, Chaam, Alphen and Ulvenhout lies the beautiful forest area the Chaamse Bossen. The Alphense Bergen, the Generaalsbossen near Alphen and Boswachterij Ulvenhout are also part of it. The landscape consists of woods, heaths, fens and sand drifts. During this walk, you pass the hilly recreation area 't Zand, with a large natural lake and sandy beach. In summer, you can swim, laze and sunbathe here.
